Takapuna Rocks 2022 Show Guidelines

  • If your application is accepted the photographs may be used on the www.takapuna.co.nz website or on our Facebook page. Photographs will become the property of Takapuna Rocks 2022
  • If you have more than one vehicle to submit for consideration please use an additional form
  • Approximately only 300 show parking slots are available
  • Focus for our 2022 show is pre ’72 Classic Cars, Bikes and Hot Rods Exceptions may be made for unique vehicles outside these parameters
  • Entry forms will be reviewed and we will notify you as to acceptance of your vehicle for the show. All of the Organisers decisions are final. Pictures will not be returned and may be used for promotional usage.
  • Final selection will occur by 25 September 2022 If accepted you will receive your confirmation and an entry package 
  • All entries must start and move on their own power
  • The Takapuna Rocks team (the Organisers) has the final authority as to the location of all the displays
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not meet the show standards
  • When a vehicle or display is set up for the show they cannot be removed before the end of the event (5pm on the day) without the permission of the Organiser
  • Entry fees are non- refundable and form part of a donation to the charities chosen by the Organiser

Release of Liability

In consideration of the acceptance of this registration form by the Organiser the undersigned does hereby:
(1) Release Takapuna Rocks and its staff, directors, volunteers, sponsors and agents from any and all liability arising out of or related to said event
(2) Release all other participants and officials from any and all liability arising out of or related to said event
(3) Give permission to use the supplied photographs, photos taken on the day of the event and information about the entrants vehicle(s) for publication and program inclusion
(4) I further declare that I carry full insurance coverage for the vehicle or vehicles registered for this event
(5) I agree to abide by the rules of Takapuna Rocks 2022 at all times while participating in the event
